These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Bumble Box website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order with Bumble Box, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.


1. About Bumble Box

Bumble Box provides a service that transforms children’s artwork and creative items into professionally designed and printed coffee table books.

Our service includes the collection, photography, editing, compilation, and printing of artwork submitted by customers.


2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before a Bumble Box is dispatched.

Once payment has been received, we will arrange delivery of an empty Bumble Box to the address provided by the customer.

Prices listed on the website include the services outlined in the selected package unless otherwise stated.


3. Artwork Submission

Customers may submit artwork including drawings, paintings, cards, notes, collages, and certain three-dimensional items.

Artwork should be placed carefully inside the Bumble Box provided. Fragile items should be wrapped securely to prevent damage during transport.

While we take great care when handling artwork, Bumble Box cannot guarantee that delicate items will not be damaged during transit or processing.

Customers are advised not to submit items that are extremely fragile or irreplaceable.


4. Artwork Selection and Layout

Each Bumble Box package includes a specific number of pages, typically allowing one piece of artwork per page.

If more artwork is submitted than the package allows, Bumble Box reserves the right to select which pieces will be included in the final book.

Customers may provide instructions for ordering or layout where possible; however, Bumble Box reserves the right to make final design decisions to ensure the best visual presentation of the artwork.


5. Turnaround Time

The standard production time for a Bumble Box art book is approximately 4–8 weeks from the date the artwork is received.

Production timelines may vary depending on order volumes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

If customers require their book sooner, they may contact Bumble Box to discuss expedited options where available.


6. Return of Artwork

Customers may choose whether the original artwork is returned with the completed book or recycled after processing.

If artwork return is requested, it will be delivered together with the finished book.

Bumble Box is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by courier services during delivery or return of artwork.


7. Collection and Delivery

Courier delivery and collection services are included as part of the Bumble Box package unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that someone is available to receive or hand over the Bumble Box when required.

Additional courier charges may apply if deliveries or collections need to be rescheduled due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details.


8. Copyright and Content

Customers confirm that they have the right to submit all artwork provided to Bumble Box.

By submitting artwork, customers grant Bumble Box permission to reproduce the artwork solely for the purpose of producing the art book.

Bumble Box will not reproduce, distribute, or sell artwork for any other purpose without the customer’s permission.


9. Use of Artwork for Marketing

From time to time, Bumble Box may wish to showcase examples of completed art books or artwork images on our website, social media platforms, or marketing materials.

By submitting artwork to Bumble Box, customers grant Bumble Box permission to photograph and display the artwork or pages from the completed book for promotional purposes.

Bumble Box will not publish personal information such as a child’s full name, address, or contact details without explicit permission.

If a customer prefers that their artwork not be used for marketing or promotional purposes, they may notify Bumble Box in writing when placing their order and we will respect that request.

Bumble Box will always aim to present artwork respectfully and in a way that celebrates the creativity of the child.


10. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before the Bumble Box has been dispatched for a full refund.

Once the Bumble Box has been shipped or artwork processing has begun, refunds may no longer be possible.

If there are issues with the final product, customers are encouraged to contact Bumble Box so that we can resolve the matter.


11. Limitation of Liability

Bumble Box takes great care when handling artwork and producing each book. However, Bumble Box cannot be held liable for:

  • Damage to artwork during courier transport

  • Loss of artwork caused by courier services

  • Damage to fragile or delicate items submitted by customers

Customers are encouraged not to submit items that are extremely fragile or irreplaceable.


12. Courier Liability

Bumble Box works with third-party courier providers to collect and return artwork and completed books.

While we partner with reputable courier services, Bumble Box cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur while items are in the possession of courier companies.

Customers acknowledge that once the Bumble Box has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility for transport lies with the courier provider.

Where possible, Bumble Box will assist customers in resolving courier-related issues, but we cannot guarantee compensation for lost or damaged items.


13. Changes to These Terms

Bumble Box reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page and will apply to all future orders.
