We understand how precious your child’s artwork is, and we treat every Bumble Box with care and attention throughout the entire process.
At Bumble Box, every art book is created using your child’s unique artwork and is therefore considered a custom-made product. Because of this, our refund and return policy differs from standard retail products.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the empty Bumble Box has been dispatched.
Once the Bumble Box has been shipped or artwork processing has begun, refunds may no longer be possible as the service has already commenced.
You have 2 months to request a return of your artwork (unless otherwise stipulated)- your return date is written on the box. If you do not contact us to request a return extension, you will forfeit your right to create your book and no refund will be processed.
All Bumble Box art books are custom-made using the artwork submitted by the customer.
For this reason, completed books cannot be returned or refunded unless:
• The product arrives damaged
• There is a printing or manufacturing defect
• An error occurred during production
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your book. We will review the issue to fix or replace the book. If you approve the preview of your book and later pick up a mistake, we will not reprint your book.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the damage so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
If the damage occurred during courier transport, we will work with the courier provider to resolve the issue.
We take great care when handling your child’s artwork.
However, customers acknowledge that artwork is transported through third-party courier services and processed through photography and editing. While we handle items carefully, we cannot guarantee that delicate or fragile items will not be damaged during transit or handling.
Customers are advised not to send extremely fragile or irreplaceable items.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using EFT. You will need to provide your banking details.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Due to the custom nature of Bumble Box products, returns are generally not required or accepted unless there is a defect with the finished book. We will fix the defect and return the new book to you.
If a return is required due to a production issue, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
